QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Why was a stand not included with my purchase......if there was not one included can I purchase one?
The BC-20W Pro comes with four mounting screws only and does not include a stand. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a compatible stand for this model.
However, we have designed a magnetic mounting kit specifically for this product, and it will be available soon. If you're interested, I'd be happy to let you know as soon as it's released.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Can I maintain 3 batteries on my boat at once ? If so how I hook up wires to batteries ? Thank You
Yes, you can maintain 3 × 12V batteries with the BC-20W-PRO, but only if the batteries are connected in parallel. While it will work, the BC-20W-PRO is still a relatively low-power maintainer. For your setup, we would actually recommend a higher wattage model such as our 30W / 50W version. These will provide much better charging performance and more reliable maintenance for camper batteries, especially if you are using three batteries in parallel.

Can put two Suner chargers in parallel (e.g. a 10 watt and a 20 watt)? ?
Yes, you can connect them in parallel. Each Suner BC-20W PRO (or other Suner PRO models) has its own built-in MPPT controller, so you can safely connect multiple panels directly to the same battery. They will manage the charging independently.

how long is the cable from the unit to the panel please? we have a car kept in garage but obv. need the panel to be outside
The cable coming from the solar panel is 3m-9.8ft, and 3-pcs cable adapters are 0.5m-1.6ft. If you would like to extend distance, you may consider our 16FT extension cable.
